This highly integrated amplifier architecture provides a single step implementation of the conversion from digital source to power delivery at the speaker. The diagrams shown contrast the implementation complexities of linear and digital amplifiers. The D to A conversion, pre-amplifier and power amplifier functions are accomplished in one, with an overall performance equal to that of a state of the art audio DAC. Put simply, DDFA amplifiers deliver a new level of performance.
- Closed loop: compensates for PSU, output stage and filter to produce outstanding sound quality
- Digital input: compatible with digital audio sources no need for DAC
- DSP resources: provides digitally controlled volume, filtering and delay
- DAC, pre and power amp in one: all signal processing without compromising performance
- Integrated protection: simplifies design, no need for external components
- Signal management: compression and limiting functions digitally controlled
