FET devices

Zetex FET technologies are particularly well suited to Class D switching architectures.

Whilst switching speed is critical, parasitic capacitance and gate charge is kept to a minimum. This is combined with a choice of packages matched to the power levels demanded by switching audio applications.

This unique combination of features ensures that amplifier distortion and noise characteristics are optimized whilst dissipation is minimized. This makes for a cool running high performance amplifier design.
