Hans Rohrer
Chief Executive Officer
Joined the Board as Chief Executive Officer on 1 February 2006. He began his career in R&D at Diehl Data Systems before moving on to Texas Instruments where he held engineering and marketing positions. He has worked for the bulk of his career (1980-1998) at National Semiconductor. During his seventeen year tenure at National Semiconductor, he held several management positions amongst them vice president and general manager Europe and vice president for VLSI/ mixed signal products. Hans then became President of TSMC-Europe. Hans holds a master’s degree in electronics and received business and management education from Stanford University, California and INSEAD, Paris.

Colin Greene
Chief Operating Officer
Joined the Board as an executive director in March 2004, as Director of Marketing and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in December 2004. He joined Zetex Semiconductors plc in 1997, having previously spent 10 years with National Semiconductor, most recently as European Marketing Manager for all analog products.

Dave Benstead
Director - HR, Quality and Systems Director
Dave joined the main Board in 1999 to develop the strategic capability of the organization. He ensures that choices are translated into action through organizational structure and design, resource planning, and the management of strategic change. Dave spent several years working in the Middle East and Europe in both the aerospace and oil industries. Dave joined Zetex from British Aerospace Defense in September 1996 responsible for Organization and People Development. He has a Degree in Business Studies and a Masters in Organization Analysis and Behavior from Lancaster University in the UK.

Frank Marx
Chief Sales Officer
Joining Zetex in 2004, Frank takes responsibility for advancing the company's range of signal processing, power management and high performance power switching components. He also heads up global business development.
With a degree in Industrial Engineering (Dipl. Wirtschaftsing) from Munich University and 15 years of marketing management experience gained with leading semiconductor manufacturers including SGS-Thomson Microelectronics and National, Frank comes to Zetex from Fairchild Semiconductor where he was Director of Worldwide Marketing.

Franz Riedlberger
Chief Technology Officer
Zetex Semiconductor appoints Dr. Franz Riedlberger, an accomplished semiconductor industry veteran, as Chief Technology Officer.
Franz brings a wealth of knowledge to the company, both in semiconductor technology and commercial acumen. Riedlberger joins Zetex following twenty-five successful years in high tech industry of which the last thirteen were spent with Motorola in various engineering and sales management roles. He brings a wealth of know-how to Zetex. He was co-founder of European ASIC design company ES2-European Silicon Structures, managing director of the Munich Technology Center – the hub of the city’s high tech start-ups - and managing director of a software EDA start-up.

Davy Lo
Chief Marketing Officer
Davy Lo joined the board as Chief Marketing Officer in October 2006. He was previously Director of Sales and Marketing for Texas Instruments in Hong Kong.
Davy was formerly the vice president of the Hong Kong Semiconductor Industry Council, and vice chairman of the Technology and Applications Sub-Committee of the Hong Kong Electronics Industry Association. He also held advisory member roles at the Electronics Engineering Department of the City University of Hong Kong and the 3G Wireless Technology Laboratories at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park.
