The Zetex continual improvement system enables the development of service and manufacturing processes in accordance with the company's strategic intent. Quality of service and product, product reliability and environmental care are continually improved through this process.
The company operates to ISO/TS16949:2002 requirements worldwide.
Cross-functional teams focus on preventive action to ensure that quality is designed into every process. The Quality System and the Zetex Continual Improvement System are facilitated by a number of tools including statistical process control, failure mode effect analysis and design of experiments delivering products with an enviable reputation for reliability.
Health and safety
Everyone at Zetex Semiconductors plc recognizes the need to conduct the business in such a way so as to ensure that employees and others who may be affected by business operations are not exposed to risks to their health & safety.
Health & safety is of paramount importance within the business and as a minimum, we at Zetex Semiconductors plc will conform with both the spirit and letter of the law and through the management arrangements within our policy we will seek to continually improve our health & safety performance.
Our high standards and expectations in health & safety matters reflect the high standards and expectations in all other areas of the business.
Environment
Zetex is an environmentally responsible manufacturer and recognizes that an effective environmental policy is not simply about avoiding pollution, but encompasses safer working conditions, a healthier workforce and society, efficient use of resources, and efficient materials recycling to minimize waste and manufacturing costs.
