Zetex offers the 700 series, developed by the company ‘Array Design’, as a route to semicustom analog solutions. This component level array series has the advantages of ultimate flexibility, fast turn round and competitive manufacturing costs. In order to offer the best possible levels of service Zetex has a number of partner companies who offer a full service from design through manufacturing. The 700 series manual and design files are available for download from Array Design.

- 9 chips in the series, NPN or PNP
- Small chip size and enhanced complexity, due to advanced, small geometry process
- 6mV dropout at 10mA output
- Voltages up to 20V
- NPN offers current gain of typically 200 and an fT of 800MHz
- PNP has a gain between 40 and 90 and fT of 15MHz
