Start out going northwest, merge onto JFK exitway and take the Belt Parkway East ramp towards eastern Long Island. Merge onto belt parkway drive, which becomes southern State Parkway. Take the Sagtikos Parkway north exit, (41a), on the left towards Sunken Meadow Park. Merge onto Sagtikos Sarkway N and then take the I-495 E exit, (S1E), towards Riverhead. Keep left at the fork in the ramp and merge onto Long Island exitway. Take the exit (56), towards Smithtown. Merge onto expressway drive and turn left onto Wheeler Rd/New York-111 N.
